​John Stout - Team Lead
John Stout has an extensive history with Ghana as a geologist and promoting the award winning Fabrication Laboratory (FabLab) and the Takoradi Technical Institute (TTI) and a long time supporter of the XO Laptops program which he has shown can use ArcGIS to teach Geography, Geology and mapping at TTI.

​Theogene Kubwimana - Team Lead
Theogene Kubwimana is a Rwandan working
as a GIS Professional for the Rwanda Natural Resources Authority/ Lands and Mapping Department and in addition to his technical expertise we plan to learn from his experiences in Rwanda.
BYKA is working with John Stout to introduce a Rwandan initiative that will involve Theogene.

​Ugo Ciccolini - Team Lead
Ugo Ciccolini has a Masters Degree in Geological Sciences and in G.I.S. and Remote Sensing with a background in reclaiming polluted sites, open pit.
Two examples of his work include the creation of the master plans of the settlements of Celleno and Ronciglione (Viterbo) and the study on the vulnerability of aquifers of Montalto di Castro (Viterbo): D.R.A.S.T.I.C. Applications in environment G.I.S.

​Eric Kofi Forson - Team Lead
Eric Kofi Forson is a Ghanaian and a GIS and Remote Sensing Applications Specialist who have worked with the Centre for Remote Sensing and GIS (CERSGIS), University of Ghana from 2005 to 2012 and is currently with Rudan Engineering Limited (Ghana). He holds a Master of Science degree in Geo-information Science and Earth Observation for Urban Planning and Management from the University of Twente, The Netherlands.

​Mukesh Rameshchandra Vyas - Team Lead
Mukesh Vyas was a Senior Consultant for Esri Australia and is currently working with Active Tree Services as a Senior GIS Specialist looking after Mobile projects and GIS related aspects of the project nationally and incorporating LiDAR technology in Active workflows.

​Praveen Brijnund - Team Lead
Praveen Brijnund, Cartographer, has over 17 years of mapping and GIS experience. Working in South Africa running his own consulting firm Praveen worked on the Durban Harbour Widening project, an Asbestos Concrete pipe replacement and is currently engaged in a hydrosensus investigation, remote sensing and draughting Cadastral plans.

​Arvind Kumar
Arvind Kumar • M.Sc. (Remote Sensing and GIS Application) has taught GIS for the Government of Bahrain and completed several Arc GIS projects including comparing forest areas to satellite imagery, created the digital data for the Mumbai Police(Mumbai, Nagpur, Pune), parcel mapping for the Land Record Division at the Nagpur Regional Remote Sensing Center.

​Edward Ouko
Edward Ouko, Master of Science: GIS and Remote Sensing (with specialization in Global Environmental Modeling) is from Kenya working in Sweden. As a Environmental Scientist and GIS Specialist working in both the private and public sector he has worked on complex spatial analysis and environmental modeling.

Dr. Gaur, M.A. and Ph.D. in Geography, Senior Scientist – Geography Cartography & Land Use Section Division of Natural Resource & Environment, Central Arid Zone Research Institute, Government of India. 18 years of experience in research submitting nine reports to the Government of India and other agencies and presenting 25 research papers to various seminars & conferences.

Lafia Kamirou has a masters in GIS & Remote sensing and working for “Elaboration de trois produits photogrammétriques : le MNT, l’Orthoimage et le Modèl 3d de la zone aéroportuaire de Cotonou à partir de photos aériennes . Lafia has a degree in Urban management from Togo Architecture School and worked in Benin for the IGN(National geographic Institut) and in CENATEL (National center of Remote sensing) with lot off practice in mapping, GPS, photogrammetry and remote sensing.
