UKAHP supports a number of projects to improve the health of communities in Africa by fundraising, providing practical help, and personal involvement.​ UKAHP is part of a wider federation, Afro-European Medical and Research Network (AEMRN).



Mobile Clinics - dates for 2013

The AEMRN mobile clinics in August 2013 have been arranged as follows (exact dates subject to confirmation):

• Uganda: 3rd-6th Aug (Kabarole district,Western Uganda)
• Kenya: 8th-15th Aug (Kitale, Kiminini, Bungoma and 20-25 surrounding villages)
• Zambia: 17th-24th Aug (Lusaka and 15-20 villages approx 45 km SE)
• Sierra Leone: 26th-31st Aug (Locations tba)
