BYKA is all about change through action and as such needs the cooperation of many. To that end each group started not only supports other BYKA groups but they encourage others to form in order to maximize the number of jobs and opportunities.

BYKA's Rules are Simple - We share with Everyone!

BYKA works with any and all NGO's or community support groups. No one group can control a country and we look at each location to see how to maximize the number of local workers.

We are very loyal to our suppliers including those NGO's who are working with us. If possible we try employ NGO staff so that their organization will benefit.

BYKA will hire as many people as possible and from these we will hire and train managers. Local ownership is considered key but not a given - it is something that has to be earned so that we know our philosophy will be maintained.

Loyalty is also rewarded.

 

​Business support is key and we provide opportunities for local businesses.
